If something rattles
A new noise from the stem, a brake that feels soft, a display that will not wake up — most of these have quick fixes, and the rest are what the warranty is for.
Try these first
- Re-tighten the folding latch and the stem collar with the supplied key.
- Adjust the drum brake cable until the lever has a short, firm travel.
- Clean the charging port and charge with the original charger for a full cycle.
- Check the start mode in the app if the throttle seems not to respond.
Warranty coverage
Each scooter carries a one-year warranty against defects in the frame, motor, controller and battery, and 180 days on wear parts such as tires, brake pads and grips. Damage from crashes, water immersion or non-original chargers falls outside it.
Returns and claims
Returns, replacements and warranty claims go through the order page of the partner store where you bought the scooter. That store holds the purchase record and arranges collection or a replacement part. Keep the carton for the first weeks; it makes any return far simpler.
