From dock to door

Your MAXSHOT travels folded in a single carton, roughly the size of a golf bag lying down. The partner store that takes your order ships it and sets the delivery window you see at checkout.

In the carton

• The scooter, folded, with the handlebar grips attached or packed alongside
• Charger and power cable
• A hex key for the handlebar screws
• Quick-start manual with the troubleshooting pages
• On some models, a seat bag or spare valve-free tire insert

First ten minutes

Cut the straps, lift the scooter out by the deck rather than the stem, and unfold it until the latch clicks. Tighten the handlebar screws, then charge fully before the first ride — about six hours on 500W models, less on the V7. Check that the folding latch closes firmly and the brake levers return when released.

If the carton arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and report it through the store's order page the same day.
