What is the maximum rider weight?
265 lb on most models; a few V1 and V7 versions are rated 256–264 lb. Check the product page for your version.
Can I ride in the rain?
Light rain is fine on most models and the S78 is built for it. Avoid deep puddles and never submerge the deck.
Can teenagers ride a MAXSHOT?
Our scooters are rated for riders from 14 years old. The 16 mph V7 setup and the speed limit in the app make a good start.
Where do I get spare parts?
Tires, brake parts and chargers are available through the partner store where you bought the scooter; mention your model name.
Why does my throttle not respond?
Check the start mode in the app. In kick-to-start mode you need to push off before the motor engages.
How do I fold it?
Open the latch at the base of the stem, fold the stem down and hook the bell or clip onto the rear fender.
Who handles my order?
The partner store you bought from ships it and handles tracking, returns and warranty claims through its order page.
